What we collect
We collect the business-contact details you provide: first name, email, company or firm name, industry, guide edition, optional marketing request, and limited campaign attribution. Please do not enter confidential client, employee, patient, matter, case, credential, or proprietary information.
How we use it
We use these details to save your guide request, provide the download, and process guide delivery. Marketing permission is optional and does not affect guide access. An unchecked request does not automatically change a prior marketing preference.
Where processing happens
Web delivery, security, and mail processing can involve Cloudflare and mail providers. Guide and optional marketing contact processing may also involve a local Mautic system. A local client-AI deployment does not mean all marketing-page or email metadata is processed on premises.
Retention and choices
Hosted raw-contact cleanup targets 30 days and runs with service activity; an idle service can delay cleanup. Local Mautic has separate retention controls. Minimal identity, consent, and suppression records may remain to honor your choices. You may use an unsubscribe link in a message or contact Elite Nexus AI through the main contact page.
